BOOKING POLICIES

Thank you for trusting me with your hair care needs. Your time is valuable, and I strive to provide exceptional service.

 

Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience:  

Appointment Booking

  • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow for proper preparation.  

  • When booking, please specify whether you are scheduling for Sisterlocks or other styles, as Sisterlocks require specialized tools and techniques.  

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost.  

  • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking if requested within 24 hours of the appointment.  

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Sisterlocks appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the final service cost.  

Consultations 

  • A consultation is required for first-time Sisterlock installations or clients transferring from another stylist. This allows for an assessment of hair type, desired style, and maintenance needs.  

Preparation 

  • Clients are expected to arrive with clean, detangled hair, unless they opt for a wash and detangle service, which will incur an additional fee.  

Wash and Color Styles 

  • All wash and color services must be performed at the client’s home or a client-provided location.  

Travel Fees  

  • A $25 travel fee applies for locations within 30 miles of zip code 77095. Additional fees may apply for distances beyond this range and will be communicated beforehand.  

Payment  

  • Payment is due immediately after the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, and Cash App.  

Sanitation  

  • All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized after each client to ensure a safe and hygienic experience.  

No Refund Policy 

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify me at the time of service completion so adjustments can be made before leaving. Refunds are not offered.
